Description

• In uptrend, if current bar’s low is less than or equal to the product of the difference between 1 and the reversal percent and the high bar’s value, downtrend starts then last downtrend value is updated
• In downtrend, if current bar’s high is greater than or equal to the product of the sum of 1 and the reversal percent and the low bar’s value, uptrend starts then last downtrend value is set

Interpretation

• At swing top, a reversal in trend occurs from upward to downward direction
