Job Description

Key responsibilities:
- Maintain accuracy, completeness, and consistency of customer data in the CRM system.
- Work closely with Sales, Support, and Billing teams to ensure updated and correct customer information.
- Manage and clean customer records: merging duplicates, updating contact details, and performing regular data verification.
- Review subscription validity, end dates, and process renewals or validation extensions.
- Conduct customer interviews to gather feedback, identify issues, and support product improvement.
- Monitor customer activity and interactions to identify inactive or unhappy customers and support retention strategies.
